Jacinto Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is located in the Jacinto City neighborhood of Houston, Texas and has been in operation since 1993. We offer senior living in a 148 unit housing community for the elderly as well as those with the need of outpatient rehabilitation. Jacinto Nursing and Rehabilitation provides care for people who can not live alone and require a high degree of support and medical attention.

Whether you are seeking short-term or long-term care services for a family member or a loved one, Jacinto Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has a highly trained staff of professionals available every day. Care professionals assist our residents with personal care, daily activities, and respite.

Our staff is dedicated to making our residents as comfortable and as satisfied as they can possibly be. These services, available 24 hours a day, every day, are paid for by the individual or through public and private funding sources, Managed Insurance plans, Medicare replacement plans and Medicare and/or Medicaid.
